About ALC Recycling
ALC Recycling started as a vintage-computer refurbishing hobby. Today it operates as an online technology dealer, specializing in used and refurbished computer parts as well as an aggregater for e-waste recycling. Computers are dissembled and parted for resell. Any unsellable items are sent to recycling centers that specialize in metallic recovery. Most circuit board items are sent to an R2 certified company in the Midwest or to a local e-waste recycler. Other items, such as LCD monitors that cannot be fixed, are recycled through Dell-Connect programs. The only items that we currently do not have access to recycle is plastics types 3-7. All other items are resold, reused or donated through our community donation program.

About The Owners:

Jeremiah Dyke is a native of Shenandoah Valley where he resides today with his wife and two beautiful sons. In addition to ALC Recycling, Jeremiah is a full time Math Professor at LFCC and author of the children’s math book “Journey Through The World of Numbers”. His leisure’s include lounging with his family, technology, reading, pipe tobacco, good Ale and conversation of substance. Contact him at [email protected]

Joshua Dyke also resides in the Shenandoah Valley with his beautiful wife and newly born son. He joined the ALC Recycling team in 2014 and became a partner in 2015. In addition to ALC Recycling, he has been a social worker for Northwestern Community Service for over 10 years and has been active in his local church. His faith and family are an enormous part of who he is, but he is known to engage in some lively debates if tested, read and write on various topics, and hang out watching football or UFC.
